Day Two .. and the heat wave is hitting home. Relearning the Daedo scoring kicking. We finish today with sparring and a BBQ. Tomorrow- revision of what we have covered, sports psychology, weigh-in and match day strategies

Day One completed. The focus was Keumkang. This morning we work on Chil Jang and Pal Jang for Georgia, and Chonkwon and Hansu for Ute and Rosemary. The afternoon and evening will be Koryo, Taebeck and Jitae. Finishing Dunday with Sipjin and Pyongwon
