Good morning All.
I will run an "OPEN" mats session for Poomsae this Saturday - starting at 1pm and finishing at 4pm at my Dojang. It is free and open to members of any TNZ club. The emphasis will be on competition changes and its impact.
Dress code - Dobok pants, T-Shirt and a jacket (like a wind breaker).
Bring a notebook and pen (for taking notes), something to munch on and a water bottle
